Palo Alto appliances
Palo Alto Networks’ appliances are next-generation firewalls (NGFW) designed to protect networks in businesses of all scales – from small and medium-sized enterprises to large organizations and cloud environments. They are available in a variety of hardware configurations and PA-Series, allowing the solution to fit branch offices, headquarters, campuses and data centers. These firewalls are a key component of the security infrastructure, providing full visibility of network traffic and control over applications and users.
Individual models vary in performance, supported bandwidth and number of concurrent sessions, allowing you to select a device to meet real business needs. All Palo Alto Networks firewalls run on PAN-OS, which enables central management of security policies, inspection of SSL/TLS encrypted traffic and enforcement of consistent security policies across the organization. This makes Palo Alto Networks’ solutions scalable, cost predictable and well suited for long-term B2B deployments.

PA-5 series
The PA-5 series is Palo Alto Networks’ latest line of physical firewalls, designed for large enterprises, data centers, campus environments and network and cloud service operators. The devices in the series are designed to operate in environments with very high traffic volumes, where performance, stability and full visibility of network traffic are crucial. PA-5 firewalls provide high throughput even with all security features enabled, including intensive inspection of SSL/TLS encrypted traffic.
The PA-5 series firewalls run on PAN-OS, enabling central management of security policies, application and user control, and integration with other Palo Alto Networks solutions. The series is designed as a long-term and scalable platform, allowing the security infrastructure to grow without rapid hardware replacement, even in rapidly growing enterprise environments.

Palo Alto Networks PA-505
The PA-505 is a firewall designed for small locations where professional network traffic security is needed without the need for extensive infrastructure. It is an ideal solution for:
- small offices,
- service points,
- locations with basic Internet access and VPN.

Palo Alto Networks PA-510
The PA-510 is a versatile model for a typical corporate branch, providing stable operation with full traffic inspection. Recommended for:
- branches with dozens of users,

Palo Alto Networks PA-540
The PA-540 is a model designed for large branch offices or smaller headquarters where the firewall plays a key role in the network infrastructure. Best choice when:
- The number of users is growing rapidly,
- full security of encrypted traffic is required,
- Infrastructure development is planned for 3-5 years.

Palo Alto Networks PA-545-POE
The PA-545-POE combines next-generation firewall functions with Power over Ethernet (POE), allowing end devices to be powered without additional switches. Ideal for:
- offices with Wi-Fi points,
- retail and chain stores,
- locations with IP cameras or VoIP phones.

Palo Alto Networks PA-550
The PA-550 is a firewall for large branch offices and smaller headquarters, offering high performance with a full suite of security services. Recommended for environments:
